Privacy Policy September 1, 2005 In order to protect privacy of the customers, Aoyama Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aoyama Seisakusho") exercises the following agreements concerning management and use of information that identifies the individuals (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") received from the customers. Also, Aoyama Seisakusho absolutely would not release the information to the parties outside Aoyama Seisakusho. We take all possible measures to protect the personal information of the customers. The address and name may be used when information is mailed from Aoyama Seisakusho upon customer's request. They will not be used such as for mailing a direct mail from Aoyama Seisakusho. The phone number and email address will be used only when we need to make contact with the customer. The company/organization's name and section name will be used only when we need to make contact with the customer. Also, we will not ask any personal information other than those listed above. In handling personal information of the customers, we fully ensure that the personal information is protected by changing internal regulations, re-training the employees, taking appropriate measures to prevent information leak, falsification, deletion, etc. resulted from unauthorized access, and by continuously reviewing these processes.
