※1
Until 2023, the absence rate was calculated based on the “number of employees on sick leave.” However, starting in 2024, the calculation changed to be based on the “number of days absent,” reflecting actual conditions as determined by the employees' “Health Management Questionnaire.”
※2
Until 2023, the average score for the University of Tokyo question was calculated using a four-point scale. Starting in 2024, the format was changed to have employees themselves provide numerical responses via the “Health Management Questionnaire.”
※3
The stress check calculated the average score using a four-point scale for the responses to the questions, “When working, I feel energized” and “My work is meaningful.”
